At Beach House Yoga, the goal is to provide a wide variety of yoga classes all centered on the belief that each person is unique, and that they may experience different needs every day.

“We have various types of yoga including Yin, restorative, Kundalini, levels 1/2 and 2/3 Vinyasa flow, and vinyasa flow to upbeat music,” owner Ashley Walters Kanter said. “We also provide barre fusion workouts, and aerial yoga.”

Among the studio’s most unique classes are aerial yoga, which incorporates the use of an Antigravity Hammock; the Barre Workout which blends vinyasa flow and barre exercises; and their Sukha Sundays featuring live music, Kundalini yoga, and sound healing, and meditation.
